Avvo is seeking Advertising Sales Managers
January 27th, 2009 by Karen ShaakWe started selling advertising in December (and these were test ads), but the interest has been so high that we need additional sales stars to help us develop our advertising sales function.
We are currently looking for several ambitious Advertising Sales Managers. Overall responsibilities include building and managing a sales territory of lawyers and in-house marketing professionals. Territory development includes cold-calling, networking and marketing to negotiate and close advertising opportunities.
Sales managers will work cross-functionally to help develop targets, sales plans and work closely with product and marketing teams to influence product strategies.
