Late last week, we launched a new feature to keep you up to date when someone comments or votes on your answer in the Q&A forum or a guide you’ve published on the site.

We introduced comments and voting back in April and we received feedback that we were not making it easy for you to discover when these events occur. In May, we added email notifications for these events. Now, we’ve made it even easier. You just need to log-in.

On any page, look for the “Notifications” menu just to the left of your headshot. We even put a number to let you know if there are new events since you last checked.

Note, you will still get an email for some of these events. If you want to control which ones get mailed, just go to “Account Settings” and click the “Email Preferences” tab.
