It seems that society allows police to be above the law and commit crimes and get away with it this puzzles me I think the number one reason police continue to commit these crimes is because they know they can get away with it the majority of society will look the other way I think it is awful and disgusting THE POLICE ARE NEVER PUNISHED Excessive force the suspect had already surrendered by laying on the ground and spreading his arms it is evident the police wanted to abuse him and use excessive force he was struck several time with the baton in the side.
