		<description>Unfortunately it is not only the consumer who is doing the flagging.  Have you noticed that Frank Chen, in recent days at least, invariably gets at least one thumb&#039;s up? He is the only lawyer I have seen who gets more than 20-30% of his answers rated An interlock prevents him from doing this on his own answers, but my guess is that he has a colleague who is tuned in to do this, perhps in exchange for a similar boost from Frank on his own answers.  I suppose I should just admire his ingenuity, but he burns up 20 points each time he does this so by the time I see it I sometimes can&#039;t even get 15 points for an answer.</description>

		<description>An answer I posted in response to a question concerning how long one has to file suit though textually accurate refers the reader by links purportedly containing further info on subject.  The links are wrong and need to be corrected.  There seems to be no editing function once answer posted.  What can I do??</description>
