Having done my share of M&A work, I’m a big fan of Steven Davidoff’s “Deal Professor” column in the NY Times Dealbook. His recent bit of informed speculation about the nature of Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg’s rights viz-a-viz his VC backers is a great high-level illustration of some of the not-immediately-obvious issues that founders need to consider when considering venture capital investment.
