Last week we announced two new features on Avvo, Track Record and Avvo Answers. One of my favorite questions submitted to Avvo Answers was, “Why do lawyers participate in Avvo Answers?” Good question and great answer by attorney John Tollefsen who pointed out that it’s about keeping up with the competition. But does it work? I’ll let you be the judge, but note that 4 of the top 10 lawyers viewed last week are prolific participants on Answers (Don Heyrich, Elizabeth Powell, Shelly Crocker and R. Stephen Ferrell) enough to end Briteney Mercer’s consecutive weekly appearance run.
